Well Trained, Very Courteous, Prompt Service
Gray's Heating and Air Conditioning installed a replacement system for us 3-4 years ago, replacing one of the original units on the house. I've had them do routine service as well as scheduled maintenance with the new system. They come out twice a year to do that. The system is an electric heating and AC system. From talking with other friends and neighbors and all that I've found that they are very competitive with pricing. I have requested a specific tech on a couple of occasions and he has been able to come out, but other than that they send whoever is available and they all seem to do a good job. I recommend them highly, I think their technicians are well trained, very courteous, and their service is prompt. I would recommend them to anyone needing service, and I have.

Great service!
I've known Grays Heating and Air Conditioning for at least ten years and they've always done a good job. They're knowledgeable, they always do what they say they'll do, they're timely about responding to customers as well as in their work, and they have great follow through. They definitely are very competitive about pricing. I've never felt like they're taking advantage of me. I recommend them to others all the time!

Gray's has been instrumental in keeping our rental unit running this summer. They have been quick to respond at all times of the day and night and have helped to solve a persistent problem with AC system that our previous AC company ignored. These guys are honest and fair and good at what they do. We are grateful we found them.
Gray's is very responsive and put in a new system for us in one day, after our old system died in the heat of the summer. They returned immediately when there was an issue with the thermostat connection to the new system. And their service maintenance calls have been easily scheduled and very smooth.
Best HVAC service crew I have ever used. Very fast and on time. I would highly recommend them for any and all service work.
